He wasn't into rap music, as a kid, he was heavily inspired by his elder brother Oscar who introduced him to death metal and heavy metal. Hernandez infused metal with rap and created his shout-rap, which was heavily explicit!

Additionally, he is a fluent Spanish speaker and has a substantial Latino fan base, as well. His influence can be seen all over the world and has sung Spanish tracks like Bebe, Mala, for his Latino fans.

Hernandez is pretty famous in entire Europe and has collaborated with German musician Vladimir Cauchemar and released "Aulos Reloaded."

Daniel Hernandez's time and again has said that his music stands against bullying and harassment. His Slogan ", SCUM GANG," isn't some gang in the hood, but its an abbreviation of  "Society can't understand me."

How Was 6ix9ine As A Kid?

6ix9ine was a goofy kid growing up; he has said that he never was bullied or anything as he always managed to get away from the harm's way, but he surely had a tough childhood.

6ix9ine's father has shot a few blocks away from his home, and after seeing his father die, he suffered depression, mental trauma and also developed Asthma as a child.

After the incident, he was completely shaken and was later restricted from his school. So, rather than continuing his education, he started working various low-end jobs such as busboy, delivery boy at a grocery store to help his mother financially.

Hernandez then started hustling and sold cannabis and heroin on the streets while working at a local Brooklyn bodega.

He got arrested and sentenced to prison at Rikers Island, where got associated with the Nine Trey Gang, a prison subset of the Bloods gang.

After Hernandez got released, he started rapping and got famous as a SoundCloud rapper in 2014. His early songs "69" and "Scumlife" was taken down by YouTube for its provocative and derogatory contents.

Career Highlight: Seven Billboard Chart Buster Hit-Songs

Hernandez has been famous as a social media star since day one! He was first discovered on social media in July of 2017.

In 2017, 6ix9ine claimed his fame on YouTube and Reddit after uploaded his debut single "Gummo" on November 10, 2017.

His rapping style was unique-harsh-and-somewhat like screaming, despite the fellow rapper's under expectation Gummo ended up climbing to no.12th on the US Billboard Hot 100. 6ix9ine's Gummo was then RIAA platinum on 5 March 2018.

Eight months after his first single blew up, Tekashi's next song, "Kooda," reached 61 at the US Hot 100 on December 23, 2017.

On January 14, 2018, Hernandez released his third single, "Keke" with Fetty Wap and A Boogie wit da Hoodie, and the song also entered the Hot 100 ranks.

Daniel Hernandez released his first mixtape, titled Day69, on February 23, 2018. The album quickly climbed the graph leaving its competition behind and reached number 4 on Billboard's 200 album chart overselling 55,000 album-equivalent units.

His album Day69 again had two billboard top charters, "Billy" and "Rondo." "Billy" debuted at number 50 and "Rondo" at number 73 on us hot hundred chart that week.

    6ix9ine's All Tattoos Their Meanings

Tatting 69 itself can be a very controversial thing, and if you have 69 tattooed to your forehead, neck, all over your wrists to fore-arm like a sleeve-tattoo, and on your stomach, then people pretty much would be scared of you, or call you crazy!

    All 6ix9ine Tattoos

Over the years, many bands haven't clarified the exact meaning of their logo, and Tekashi is no exception; still, there are certain assumptions that some graphic tattoo artists have come across.

But at first let's hear what 6ix9ine had to say about it:

"I never lost the sense of where I came from. That’s what makes me 69. The true meaning of 69 is just because you’re right doesn’t mean I’m wrong YOU JUST HAVENT SEEN LIFE FROM MY PERSPECTIVE. Turn the six upsides down. It’s 9 but remains the same in a different perspective. Open your mind and heart."

Here is a video of Tekashi talking about his tattoo on a live radio show:

    Theory no. 1

June 9th may mean something to 6ix9ine, it might be the day when he blew up on the internet, it might very well be the day his father was shot or it also can be the last two numbers of his first recognizable hit poles1469.
Well, the number very-much may also mean he loves going down!

    Theory no. 2: (9 Trey)

When 6ix9ine first-served after getting caught hustling he reportedly made friends with The Nine Trey Gangster Bloods, a jail fraction of 9-trey, people also speculate he tattooed 69 to show his affiliation with 9-trey and at the same time to confuse people. But whatever be the reason, getting 69 on you for 200 times looks like a "stoopid" thing to do anyway.

    Neck Tattoos

His neck is a mess! We don't know if you know this, but anything with wings is an ancient way to pay homage to the gone ones.

    6ix9ine's Face Tattoo
Tekashi 6ix9ine showing off his rainbow grills and face Tattoos

So, his neck is tatted with 69, and his frontal neck's 69 has wings on it; maybe he is showing homage to his late father, and this further denotes the number has something to do with his father's death.

    Tekashi 6ix9ine's Knuckle Tattoos
    Tekashi 6ix9ine's Knuckle Tattoos

6ix9ine has a tattoo below his temple, which shows his respect towards his brother Oscar Hernandez. The symbol resembles the name of his brother, Oscar.

6ix9ine further has several spider webs, and the visible ones are on both sides of his neck, running just below his cheek his and on his elbow. As per tattoo experts, spider web signifies jail time! Meaning, he wants us to know that he has been inside the closed walls.

    Scum Gang Tattoo

6ix9ine is all about hood life, at least it seems like that! But, this rapper who once self-proclaimed as the king of NewYork has said that he doesn't promote violence. So, SCUM GANG isn't a real hood-shit as per the rapper. Its an abbreviation of "Society Can't Understand Us."

    Rapper 6ix9ine Scum Gang Tattoo
Scum Gang Tattoo On 6ix9ine forearm

Meaning, his songs have a message "stand against bullying and hate," and he wants to give strength to people going through hard times, and the songs go out for all fall-outs of any group or class.

    Billy The Puppet

Well, it can't get any better if we miss his latest addition to Billy, the Puppet on his right cheek. People thought the rainbow head had just lost his mind after writing SCUM-gang on his forehead and tattooing Hollywood's most appalling villain's tattoo on his cheek!

He's got Jigsaw's tattoo on his face. Jigsaw is a fictitious Saw film franchise character who just wants to understand the value of life for people.

6ix9ine had Jigsaw tattooed on his face because he was somewhat related to Billy, the puppet's nature. 6ix9ine also has added a tattoo on his right temple, which means hope.

Born into a low-income family, lost your dad at an early age, went to jail, taught him to value his life. Not everyone notices this, but there's a red bandanna in his Jigsaw tattoo. The members of Blood Gang wear a red bandanna to show his support.

Additionally, he also has a rainbow teeth grills and rainbow hair which shows his colorful personality.

6ix9ine's Numerous Feuds Leading To Jail Time

    • Tekashi 6ix9ine's Feud With Rapper ZillaKami

FCK THEM, a Slovak-based music label, released many of his early songs. He later became a collaborator with fellow local Nyc rap artist ZillaKami, putting together fame as an internet meme and trolling genius.

He caught attention for his rainbow-tinted hair, excessive tattoos, and rainbow-plated barbecues, which was ZillaKami's idea as per 69.

Hernandez and his fellow rapper ZillaKami then started feuding over alleged instrumentals and songs that, as per  ZillaKami was stolen by 6ix9ine and released as Poles1469 with another 69's rapper friend-turned-enemy Trippy Red.

    • Shooting On The Set Of "Get The Strap"

Hernandez stirred controversy in May 2018 as he was involved as part of a dispute which allegedly ended in a shooting that involved 6ix9ine and fellow New York rapper Casanova.

The shooting incident led Hernandez to lose a $5 million headphone deal and got barred from the Barclays Center.

Hernandez stopped playing music after the shooting for several months. Without any prior information, "Tati" was released, featured in June by DJ Spinning, that made its debut on Billboard Hot 100 at the 43rd place.

In July 2018, Hernandez released his eighth single, "Fefe" featuring Nicki Minaj and Murda Beatz; the song debuted at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 before peaking at number three in his second week, marking Hernandez's highest entry on the chart and his first track to reach the top five of the Hot 100.

"Fefe" later received triple platinum certification from America's Recording Industry Association. He also reached the top 30 of the Hot 100 with his subsequent singles, "Bebe" and "Stoopid."

Trippy Redd & 6ix9ine Social Media War Went Escalated To The streets

In April 2017, after releasing Poles1469, and Owee, Trippy Redd, and 6ix9ine had good things going, but after Tekashi in the footage was seen in a compromising position with a minor, ZillaKami, and Trippie Redd denounced Hernandez.

Treppy Red in his Twitter then said:

"I'm sorry brozay is sic, 1400 don't promote pedophiles... If we give niggas clout, we give niggas clout. It was an accident."

Both Trippy and 6ix9ine, after going back and forth on social media, started allegedly attacking each other.

But one time in early November 2017, Redd posted a video where Tekashi was seen hand in hand with another dude. Allegedly, that brought a violent outburst between 6ix9ine and Trippy Redd. Following that on November 11, 2017, Redd was attacked in a lobby of a New York-based hotel, and he blamed Tekashi and his crew for the attack via Instagram live.

Hernandez later in his Instagram live was seen saying:

"I don't know what's going on, but your chin is bruised up. You can't just be out here calling people gay, bro. Can't be supporting false accusations, you can't be ranting on Live talking about New York".

    Then he added:

Fuck these niggas talking about, New York this, New York that, like, you just can't do that bro. You should put some ice on that chin, it's bruised up.

69 then expressed that he wants to end these things with Redd as:

I feel bad bro... I just want you to be my friend again

Then went on to sing a hook from their song "Poles1469. Their feud continued to escalate with mutual Internet trolling. In February 2018, Hernandez was allegedly attacked by Trippy Redd's men outside a Los Angeles airport shortly after their arguments on Instagram.

Hernandez then tried to get back on Trippie Redd over Instagram Live accusing him as a pedophilic and claimed he had relations with a female rapper Danielle Bregoli, known professionally as Bhad Bhabie or cash me outside girl from Dr. Phill's show, who was a minor at the time.

After enough drama, Bhad Bhabie took to Instagram Live and falsified 6ix9ine's claims, but she did admit that they kissed.

Shortly after that, Tekashi was seen with Trippie Redd's then-girlfriend Alexandria Laveglia, aka Aylek$. On IG live, Tekashi hinted that he and Aylek$ hooked up.

After Hernandez's got arrested in 2018, Trippie Redd did a Hernandez impression dancing to Akon's 2004 hit single "Locked Up," mimicking a jail scenario.

All this got further tangled when 6ix9ine fired his manager Kifano 'Shorty' Jordan, who then allegedly tried to kill 6ix9ine.

After he fired most of his crew, the Federal government built a case on 6ix9ine and took him in sighting his safety issue and tried him for drugs, illegal arms, racketeering, promoting violence, robbery, shooting, pedophile, and several other felonies building a solid case against him.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Assaulted & Kidnapped By His Own People

In July 2018, Tekashi was taken to a hospital in Brooklyn, after he reportedly attacked, kidnapped, and robbed by his own people on a gunpoint.

The rapper said he was  knocked by a back of a gun on his head, loaded on the back of their truck, and mopped out clean by his own people.

As per Tekashi in a radio interview said that after gained consciousness, he saw his own people pointing a gun at him and they snatched his jewelry, and cash then when they pulled over, he jumped out of the car and ran as fast as he could, then he asked a commoner if he could use the phone and called the police.

    Tekashi 6ix9ine Jailed

On November 20, 2018, Tekashi was arrested by law enforcement. After his arrest and his trials at the testified last week in Manhattan federal court, Tekashi denied his direct involvement with a nine-trey gang and admitting to various charges. He is expected to face his sentencing this January.

    Where Is 6ix9ine Now?

The Rainbow Head rapper was one of the most viewed people on the internet. His outspoken public persona often got him into legal trouble.

He still receives enormous media attention. His feud with fellow rappers, use of slangs, and racially charged language, his conduct on social media, and disputes with other celebrities always got people interested in 6ix9ine.

Back in 2015, he pled guilty of performing sex on an underage child. As Daniel Hernandez was only seventeen while he committed the felony, he received four-years probation and a 1,000-hour community service order.

While he was finishing up his previous cases, the FBI arrested 69 in 2018, over various counts of racketeering, possession of illegal weaponry, drug charges, and issuing a hit on someone. Tekashi 6ix9ine pled guilty in 2019 and is possibly facing a 47-year prison sentence.

He is found guilty to 9 criminal counts, and as per TMZ, he is transferred to a new facility used for witnesses who cut a deal with the government.

So, in 2019, Tekashi 6ix9ine is in prison and awaits sentencing! The Rapper, however, has reportedly signed a $40 million worth two album music-deal and is arguably siding with the government, who assured Daniel that they would consider his sentencing if he agrees on the snitching clause.

Did 6ix9ine Sign A Plea Deal?

It is said that the toughest of the tough ones also melt once they face the walls. So, maybe that was the case with Tekashi 6ix9ine.

At first, he looked unsure if he wants to co-operate with the government and wanted to snitch on the biggest standing gang in NewYork.

But, after hearing he could get somewhere over 40 years in prison, he went to sign an agreement with the federal government and just wanted to bail out of the situation

Tekashi reportedly is testifying against many known names in the hip-hop industry. His actions have pissed many rappers, and many of the industry elites are now calling him snichtynine.

Did He Sign A $10 Million Worth Deal From Inside The Jail?

As per reports, 6ix9ine's record producers from Universal Recording Studio are re-negotiating a deal with 6ix9ine. As per the rumors, Takashi 69 is penning a deal two albums worth $10 million contracts with Lucian Grainge's son Elliot Grainge's record company.

But the production house has included a freedom clause to its document. So as per the requirement, 6ix9ine should free himself in 2020, or the contract will be canceled.

    Who Did Tekashi Snitch On?

Hernandez testified against tow of the Nine Trey members Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison, of racketeering.

He also testified against Harv of kidnapping him in July 2018. Then, he testified against several people on the background of his Gummo, and Kooda song as Trey members.

Additionally, he testified against his former manager, Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, as a Nine Trey member. Then he also snitched on his former collaborator Trippie Redd as a Blood member.

He further, snitched on former rapper Jim Jones as Nine Trey member and also snitched on rapper Cardi B as an indirect Blood member. Then, he also admitted ordering a hit over Chief Keef and also accused the rapper of being a Black Disciples' member.

He then said Houston based record label Rap-A-Lot isn't explicitly affiliated to the street gang but are like, a wannabe mafia kinda thing. He also named rapper Casanova, who recently did seven years in jail as a member of a rival gang.
